Bjørg Jewellery has a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from when your received your order to ship it back to us.
The product(s) must be returned via our return form below. This form will provide you with a Dhl return label which you apply to your sealed parcel. Please note that he shipping/return fee(s) will be withdrawn from your refund amount.


REGISTER YOUR RETURN

Please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to our return portal (link above) using your email address and order number.
  2. Choose the product(s) you wish to return.
  3. Specify the reason for your return with a clear description of why you want to return the product(s)
  4. Please note we only offer refunds, not exchanges. If you wish to change the size of your product, or buy another item you must first return the item, receive your refund, and create a new order in our Online Store.
  5. Submit your return request and wait for our email confirmation (if the reason for your return is a faulty or wrong item we will send the shipping label only after we have reviewed and approved your request).
  6. Once you receive a DHL shipping label you should print and attach it to the original packaging containing the returned product(s).
  7. Send your parcel with DHL either by scheduling a pick up or dropping it off at the nearest DHL service point.
  8. We will process your request as soon as we receive your parcel, and you will receive an email with confirmation about your return. You can expect the refund on your back account within 5 business days from when we processed your return. 
  9. Pls note that processes may take longer during sales due to extra traffic.

Exchanges
Please note that we do not offer any exchange services.  If you need a different size or another item you will have to make a return and place a new order. To find the right ring size, you can use our jewellery size guide or contact us for support.

Shipping/Return costs 
Note that return shipments are at the customer's own expense.

If the order value is below 150 euros after making the return, both shipping and return costs will be deducted from the final refund once we receive the products back.

This does not apply if the order value is still above 150 euros after returning products. In this case only the return fee will be deducted from the refund. 

Bjørg jewellery will only cover this cost when you have received a faulty or wrong product due to our error. 

We ship exclusively with DHL Express, and the return /shipping cost depends on the customer’s location.
Norway/Denmark/Sweden: 25.00 Euro (one way)
EU: 25.00 Euro (one way)
Outside EU: 30.00 Euro (one way)

Vat and Tax refund outside EU

Bjørg jewellery is not responsible of refunding any cost related to Tax and /or Vat for goods shipped to areas outside EU.

Important information

  • All returns must be sent with DHL Worldwide Express via our return form. Any product(s) sent with a third-party delivery service or outside our time window will be returned to you.
  • The customer is responsible for the goods until it has been delivered to DHL either by pick up or delivered at a service point. Always keep the shipment receipt and tracking number for proof of shipment and for tracking. 
  • Returns are closely inspected upon delivery. Bjørg Jewellery will issue a full refund only if the product is in perfect condition, unused, in the same condition as at the time of delivery and in its original packaging. 
  • Both shipping and return costs will be deducted from the total if some or all products are returned and the total purchase value is below 150 euros.
  • If the item is returned due to a claim or we have sent you the wrong item, the full amount, including shipping/return costs, will be refunded.
  • There are no returns on Bespoke, one-of-a-kind, solid gold, made-to-order products, customised or engraved products.
