Returns & Refunds

Bjørg Jewellery offers a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from receiving your order to ship it back to us.

All returns must be registered through our Return Form below.
Once submitted, you will receive a DHL return label to attach to your sealed parcel.
Please note that return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund amount.

REGISTER YOUR RETURN

How to Return

  1. Log in to our return portal using your e-mail and order number.

  2. Select the product(s) you wish to return and specify your reason.

  3. Submit your return request and wait for confirmation.

    • If your return concerns a faulty or incorrect item, the DHL label will be sent after your request has been reviewed and approved.

  4. Once you receive your DHL label, print and attach it to the original packaging.

  5. Ship your parcel by scheduling a pick up or dropping it off at the nearest DHL service point

You will receive a confirmation email once we have processed your return.
Refunds are issued within 5 business days after your return has been received and approved.
(Please note that processing times may be longer during sale periods.)


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.
If you wish to order a different size or product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order through our online store.

Shipping & Return Costs

Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
If your total order value falls below €150 after returning items, both the shipping and return costs will be deducted from your refund.
If your remaining order value stays above €150, only the return fee will be deducted.

Bjørg Jewellery covers return costs only in cases where you received a faulty or incorrect item.


VAT & Tax Refunds (Outside EU)

Bjørg Jewellery is not responsible for refunding any VAT or tax fees for orders shipped outside the EU.


Important Information

  • All returns must be shipped via DHL Express through our official return form.

  • Returns sent via third-party couriers or outside the 14-day window will be returned to sender.

  • The customer is responsible for the parcel until it has been handed over to DHL. Always keep your shipment receipt and tracking number.

  • Refunds will only be issued for products that are unused, in perfect condition, and in original packaging.

  • Bespoke, one-of-a-kind, solid gold, made-to-order, customised, or engraved pieces are non-refundable.

  • If your return is approved due to a claim or error on our part, you will receive a full refund, including shipping costs.
