General Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all contracts between the customer and Bjørg Jewellery Aps regarding the delivery of goods ordered through our online shop at www.bjorgjewellery.com.
§ 1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through bjorgjewellery.com.
§ 2. Order and Contract
Bjørg Jewellery Aps' presentation of products in the online shop is an invitation to treat. The customer's order constitutes an offer. The contract is concluded when Bjørg Jewellery Aps accepts the offer by shipping the products or confirming shipment by email.
To place an order: select your product(s), add to cart, enter your details, review our delivery and return policies, and complete payment.
§ 3. Prices and Payment
All prices are in Euros. For customers within the EU, prices include 25% Danish VAT. For customers in Norway and the UK, VAT is included and no additional taxes will be applied upon delivery. For deliveries outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any customs duties and import costs. Customs policies vary by country — please contact your local customs office for details.
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Klarna, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Shipping costs are not included in the product price.
§ 4. Delivery
Orders are normally packed and shipped within 1–3 business days. We deliver worldwide by DHL Express Go Green.

Free shipping on orders above €180. Bjørg Jewellery Aps is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
§ 5. Returns
The customer has the right to return unused goods within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in original packaging, unused and in perfect condition. Returns must be registered through our Return Form and shipped via DHL.
Customized, engraved, made-to-order, solid gold, and preorder items are non-refundable. Read our full Returns policy and Bespoke Terms for details.
§ 6. Retention of Title
Bjørg Jewellery Aps retains title to the goods until receipt of all payments in full.
§ 7. Warranty and Claims
If your product breaks due to a production error, you have the right to claim compensation within 2 years from the date of purchase, provided you can show valid proof of purchase. Bjørg Jewellery may choose to replace, repair, or refund the product at our discretion.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, normal wear and tear, improper storage, or any other cause outside of a manufacturing defect. Natural variations in stones and raw materials are not considered defects. For questions, contact our customer care.
§ 8. Data Protection
Bjørg Jewellery Aps collects and processes customer data in accordance with applicable data protection law, solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and customer correspondence.

Bjørg Jewellery Aps is not responsible for the content or data protection practices of any third-party websites linked from our site.
§ 10. Jurisdiction
This contract is governed by the laws of Denmark. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any dispute is Copenhagen. If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
§ 11. Promo Codes
- Promo codes cannot be used on sale or discounted products.
- Promo codes cannot be combined with other promo codes.
- Promo codes cannot be used on Bjarne Melgaard items.
- Promo codes can only be applied to new orders.
