Once we receive your inquiry, one of our bespoke experts will reach out to gather the necessary details — such as ring size, preferred metal, stone selection, budget, and overall vision.

When these details are confirmed, we will ask for an advance payment before moving forward.
Your information will then be sent to BJØRG, who will begin the creative development of your piece.
