Find your ring size

Use this guide to find your ring size, with measurements and advice for a comfortable fit.

Our ring sizes refer to the inside circumference in millimetres. Size 54 = 54 mm.

1. Measure a ring you own

Choose a ring that fits the finger you intend to wear it on. Measure straight across the centre, from inner edge to inner edge, not across the outside of the band.

Match your measurement below.

Diameter measurements are rounded to the nearest 0.1 mm. *US and UK sizes are approximate equivalents. Use the millimetre measurements when choosing your Bjørg size.

2. No ring to measure?

For an approximate measurement, wrap a narrow strip of paper once around your chosen finger, keeping it snug without pulling it tight. Mark the paper exactly where the starting edge meets the strip. Lay it flat and measure from the starting edge to the mark with a ruler, not to the far end of the strip.

The length in millimetres is your approximate ring size. A measurement of 54 mm corresponds to size 54.

Before you choose

Measure when your hands are at a comfortable, normal temperature. Cold fingers can measure smaller, while heat can cause swelling. The fit should feel comfortable and allow the ring to pass over your knuckle.

Measure the hand and finger you will wear the ring on. The same finger on your other hand may be a different size.

If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size. Wider bands can feel tighter than narrow rings. For wide bands or bespoke rings, contact us for advice before ordering.
